DISTRICT' HANDICAP (in harness) of "50' sovs. Second horse to receiye 10 sovs. and the 3rd horse 5 sovs. from the stake. For horses , which have been in one of the counties of Bnller, Inangahua, Grey or or any West Coast Borough, for at least three months j immediately prior to the race, and owned or leased by residents of the said Counties or Boroughs. Horses will be handicapped to do 3.7 or better.
