The term of five years disqualification for supplying false information concerning the trotting horse, Red Shadow, was imposed on Wi-liam Georg© Deyell and Frederick Ashley Neal, by the Board of New Zealand Trotting Association. In addition they were both fined £lO for failing to register their joint interest in the house. The ©as© arose out of a recent Sinreme 'Court action.
