LATE LOCALS
The champion sneak thief was in evidence last night 'and directed his attention to the vegetable garden at the Westland’ Hospital where Ire depleted a whole row of early potatoes that were being kept for til© patients’ Christinas dinner. This latest is probably the most despicable theft for some time and it is regrettable to have to state that it is not the first occasion on which the garden m question has been raided. The matter is now in the handis of the Police and Chairman of the Board and it is to be bored the offender will be taught a lesson.
