A SALESMAN’S THEFT.

CHRISTCHURCH, December 8
Charles Edgar McPenk, a salesman, 43, was charged at the Police Court this morning, with the theft of £IOO about January 22 last, the property of Mary Rathney Orr.
The chief detective said that MoPeak admitted the theft of £BSO and complainant alleged that it was good deal more thari £ISOO.
