Though she regards it insufficiently clear and comprehensive, it is understood that Germany is willing for the committee of experts to consider the French formula regarding equality rights in conjunction with th e German counter-proposals, and to report thereon in January, thu s necessitating an adjournment of the Disarmament Conference.
