TWENTY BREACHES OF LICENSE.

MASTERTON, December 7. * Twenty breaches, in detail, of license for motor passenger service between Masterton and Carterton, and failure to conduct the service in conformity with the terms and conditions of his license were alleged against A. J. J, Chapman in an inquiry conducted to-day by No. 6 Transport Licensing Authority. Mr G. A. Troup presided. The case was the first of its kind in this transport district. The charges all related to running cars at • hours not m conformity with the approved timetable. After hearing evidence, the Authority found the service had not been conducted in conformity with the terms and conditions of the license, and suspended the license for two months.
