What those changes would be Mr Jessep was not at liberty to state, as the v were still under discussion. Regarding liis promised visit to Canterbury to see for himself what is ing done under the Board’s various schemes, Mr Jesseo said that he might lv» lipr-k in Christchurch before the New Year. “\ am constantly in touch with the Mayor, Mr Sullivan,” lie added, “and Mr P.
