Signor Codalini, President of the General Assembly, in the presence of* Signor Mussolini said that Italian exports to the British Dominions were seriously affected by the Ottawa agreements, which have given the death blow to the most favoured national clauses of international commercial treaties. Exporters, therefore, felt that the Government should make reprisals. The total Indian imports and exports for 1932 were lower by 3-5 and 69 per cent respectively, compared with 1929
