The National Expenditure 'Adjustment Amendment Bill was put through the remaining stages .and passed. In the House of Representatives, the Fire Amendment Bill, the Cook Islands Amendment Bill and Native Land Amendment Bill were read a second time, and the House rose at 5.30 till Tuesday .
