IMPROVED CONDITIONS IN N.S.W

' SYDNEY, November- 28. Speaking at Orange, the Assistant Treasurer, Mr Spooner, said there were already signs of the State’s recovery. There was, for example, a real reduction in the sum total of unemployment and an improvement in the Government revenues, a- tendency for investment in the State, a return of money to New South Wales and a revival of building activities.
