OSLO, November 26. The Nobel Committee is not awarding a peace prize for the year 1932.
175 TON STEEL INGOT. LONDON, November 26. Ti •e world’s largest steel ingot, which weighs 175 tons, has been made by the English Steel Corporation at Vickers Works, Sheffield, in connection with forged boiler drums to be installed in a new power station at Fiilham, London. The huge ingot is required in connection with the largest of three drums, which will be approixmately 40ft long and sft 3in in diameter on the outside.
