AUSTRAIN BLUEBEARD
SEVEN WOMEN VICTIMS. GIVEN LIFE IMPRISONMENT. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) VIENNA, November 23. LeitgOeb, an Austrian “BTucb e ard” who was arrested on March 7 last, has been sentenced to life imprisonment. He has admitted that he murdered seven women. After he. w r as sentenced he tried to commit guicide )by jumping 'from )aV'indow. Crowds of people have since besieged the prison, demanding the death penalty, though that has been abolished in Austria.
