Dawsons’ i declare that the London wool sales opened under the healthiest conditions this year. The qualities available were moderate, and most old fine grades were cleared. There is a hopeful outlook for crossbreds due to the demand for knitted goods.
G'onsumtpion is still at the highest level for a decade, and combing mills i n every centre are running day and night. Most cpir.ning mills are working full time.
