OTTAWA, November 22. . 1 The third reading of a bill implementing a Polish-Can'adian 'trade treaty was passed by the House pf Commons on Tuesday night by 84 votes to 42. The Conservatives solidly supported tne bill, while the Liberals opposed it. The other groups were split.
