WELLINGTON, November 21
An unexpected piece of legislation which the Government will introduce this session is a comprehensive amendment to the Harbours Act,. It is not known whether the measure is purely consolidation, or a combination of consolidating clauses and new r provisos, as will be the Municipal Corporation’s Act consolidation which is coming dow’n this week. The Harbours Act Amendment Bill also is expected to make its appearance this w r eek.
