GERMAN POLITICS

HITLER FACES PREDICAMENT.

(United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.)

'BERLIN, November 22. It is understood that Hitler is informing Hindenburg to-morrow that it is impossible to form a cabinet on Hindenburg’s conditions. Consequently it is useless to make negotiations with other party leaders. Hitler and oilier, Nazi leader? discussed HindenCmrg’s reply which was friendly, but insisted that Cabinet must be on a parliamentary basis. The reply forces Hitler to attempt- a coalition or 'acknowledge. failure. Indications at present suggest that Hitler is unlikely to obtain sufficient support from the other parties, altfiough he has not yet met the leaders.
