GENEVA, November 22. Sir John Simon (British Fore'gn (Secretary) and Herr Nourath (German Foreign Secretary) had a lengthy conference to-day regarding Germany’s return to tlie Diearmamerft Conference. It is understood Herr ' Ndirath said that the decision depended on Franco falling into line with Britain.
