London, Not, 21. The King, who, with the Queen, returned to London from Sandringham on Saturday, will to-morrow drive in state to re-open Parliament. As the procession reaches the House of Lords, a salute of forty-one guns will be given at St. James Park. The speech whidh the King will deliver from the Throne in the House of Lords will foreshadow a heavy programme, legislative, and otherwise, for the coming session. The principal Bill ' v
•before Parliament .will be that dealing with unemployment insurance.
It is probable, that in its. reference to international affairs, the King’s Speech will give prominence to the disarmament question, while mention will doubtless be made of the World Economic Conference to be held in London early next year. The King has received in audience Admiral Sir Ernie Cbatfield oti his appointment as First Sea Lord.
