M, HERRIOT HAS AN ESCAPE. (.United Press Association—By Electric 'telegraph—Copyright, f PARIS, November 20: Prior to the passage of a heavily laden slow train, preceding that conveying M. Harriot to Nantes for the !Fralicorßrcton unity ■ commemoration, a bomb explosion wrecked both tracks at Guerande Sur Loire. A platelayer heard the explosion and stopped the traffic. Wreckers are believed- to be responsible. M. Herriot J ,was warmly congratulated on his escape.
