MILL ACCIDENT
QUESTION OF COMPENSATION. (Per Press Association — Copyright ./ ‘ DUNEDIN, November 18. In the Arbitration Court to-day a claim for compensation was brought, to determine in the first place, the question of liability. The plaintiff was employed on the threshing mill, which was taken by its owner to the defendant’s farm. While at work plaintiff fell from the top of the mill and was injured. The question at issue was wlietliei the mill owner or the farmer Was the responsible party, and the court, attar evidence, decided that the .plaintiff was in the employ of the farm r. The matter of compensation was held over for further hearing.
