Sunil Kumar Chatterjee was sentenced t.o life transportation, Promode Ranjin Bose to ten years’ hard labour, Amar Chandra Ghosc to two years’ hard labour, and the other three accused, Dutt, Das, and Bakshi acquitted, by the special tribunal, J'n charges in connection with the attempt to murder Mr Watson, *• editor of‘the “Statesman. 1 ’
