MADRID, November 16
A dramatic etory has been r e ceived. •describing the murder of Senor Gustavo Soetoa, Governor-General of Spanish Guinea (West Africa), who was formerly Spanish Consul at Melbourne. Senor Sostoa was attending a native dance (in a public -square on the 'island of Annobon when a sergeant of the Colonial Army named Castilla, attacked the Governor with a knife and cut h>s throat. Amid the excitement Castilla escaped.
