Pleading guilty to tfi.fts from the promises of Frank A. Cook and G. W. Drayton) which were adjacent to premises with winch they were connected, Thomas Wildcn Lynch, a taxi-driver, aged 23 years, and Maurice Phn-ro, a saLsman, aged 25, both residing in Cambridge Terrace, were this morning committed to the Supreme Court for sentence by jfeE. D. RJosley, S.M. ■ They were clihvgedl with breaking ! ahd entering Frank A. Cook’s, Ltd., 6ii August, and also with stealing goods to the value of £75 from G. W. TVnv+on’s between January 10 and October 27.
