SEDITIOUS WRITING CHARGE. (Australian Press AtiQtAation.) ißeceived this day at 10.10 BRISBANE, November 15In the Supreme Court, Justice MaoRossnn withdrew from the jury a case in which .the Crown proceeded a gainst Mcrtin Reading, editor of the Brisbane “Telegraph” on a charge of having advisedly published seditious writing. Mr Macßossan said that he would not allow the raise to go to the jury which would he bound to aoqu 1 ", defendant. Reading was disejiatgt J. A nolle prosequi was entered in the case of George Melton, publisher « the paper, who had been, similarly charged.
