GENEVA, November 14. Communists'threw a bomb at the Lausanne Town Hall to-night. Five persons were injured by it. Over five thousand troops are quartered in the city. The public buildings ore guarded by strong forces. The police are combing the Communist haunts. They have arrested scores of foreign agitators.-
