Duplessis dramatically concluded:. “Here 1 stand, like Luther, to say that there is. no other solution.”
Duplessis, addressing the Synod, Claimed the divine call to interpret biblical allegories such as the Creation, which -fundamentalists contend 'literally correct. The church is hopelessly divided,, and action for wrongful dismissal is probable.
