GISBORNE, November 9.

The action, Poverty Bay Electric Power Board v, the Public Trustee, called on, in the Supreme. Court this morning before Mr Justice MacGregor, was adjourned pending argument upon certain questions of law which will be taken 'before the Court of Appeal.

. These questions are Whether the Public Trustee can be removed by the resolution of the plaintiff board, and whether the clause making his appointment trustee of sinking funds irrevocable, is, in the circumstances, binding on the plaintiff hoard.
