The Unemployment Relief Council has decided to make available £200,000 immediately for relief workers by. municipalities ai.d shires. Allocations will be made on the basis of loan 6, at three per cent., for work of a wholly reproductive character, op half granthalf loan at three per cent, for works of *a reproductive, or national asset nature.
