(United Press Association—By Electric

Telegraph—Copyright)

RUMSEY (Albert), Kov. -5

More than, ninety per cent of the Rumsey District wheat growers, in a mass meeting here, unanimously decided in favour of a nation vide strike of the Canadian farmers, to take place before the 1933 seeding season.

The meeting unanimously decided to tie up tho seeding in this district. •The farmers of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are to be asked to co-operate. The speakers demanded that the Dominion should guarantee the farmer the cost of producing for their 1933 crops. At times the audience became unruly. As far as can be learned, no other farming community in Alberta has taken the stand favouring a striktv as proposed in Rumsey.
