THEFT OF JEWELLERY

WELLINGTON, November 3. Particulars of an extensive jewellery robbery from Lauchlan and Co’s' premises, Countenay Prace, about midnight on Sunday, June 26, were given at the Supreme Court, to-day, before the Chief . fa, burglars wero disturbed,, leaving be- • hind them a jemmy, saw, brace, ; and, a half-ton lorry.
