THE HOKITIKA CLUB
BOUT FOR BOXING NIGHT.
A meeting of the Hokitika Boxing Club was held on Monday evening. Mr J. .Stafford presided and the following were also present.—Messrs R. Collett, F. McGregor, ,T. Atkinson, E. W. Heeman, I>. Dowell, M. McGavin, F. Ballinger, R. Bell’and R-. Furness. Apologies were received from Messrs D. Breeze and. O. Hahn. >. .. tjQ . The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. ;r. The date of the annual meeting was fled for Monday, November 14th., at 7.30. p.m. On .the motion of Messrs F/. W. Keenan and R. Collett, it was decided that a professional bout be staged in tile Baths on Boxing Night, December 2bth., on the percentage basis.
