NEW PRESIDENT’S BIG MA JORITY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright; (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) SANTIAGO, October 30. ■Semi-official estimates gave Seuor Arturo Allesandri, e.v-President of Chile, and tho candidate of the Centre -Parties, a substantial majority, probably one of over seventy per cent., in Sunday’s election for Chile’s Jreddent. It is now officially stated that Seitor AUesandri on Sunday polled 152,875 votes compared with 57,793 votes for Seuor Mavmaduke Grove, a Socialist, who was his nearest competitor.
