; SYDNEY, Oct. 30. In addition to Crawford beating Anderson, the latter was also beaten by V. McGrath, the juvenile pfayer, in the exhibition singles. McGrath beat Anderson 6—3, 6—l. In the Crawford versus McGrath' match, the; score were 6—4,* 5—2, in favour of Crawford, when the latter retired hurt with a: strained muscle in his back. This contest, while it lasted,, was magnificent, J. Willard beat G. Donlioe 6 —o, 9-7. Dunlop heat Walker 6—3, 6—B.
