NEGOTIATIONS END
CHRISTCHURCH LOAN ON LONDON (Per Press Association — Copyright.} CHRISTCHURCH, October 28. Negotiations for the raising of a loan of £70,000 in London to redeem debentures maturing there on October 31, have 'been virtually finalised. This was officially learned to-day. The Mayor, Mr D. G. Sul-ivan, says' the loan is obtained at a •satisfactory rate of interest, which should result in savings to the ratepayers.
