ITS PERFECTION announced. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 28. The perfection and extensive production of artificial wool was announced) by Mr Dreyfus at the British cetanes© meeting. He said he could replace natural wool. It possessed temperature resistant qualities, and its manufacture was cheaper than the natural product. Furthermore' it would . give the trade an exemption from the fluctuations of wool prices, and also the necessity of placing orders long in 'advance.
