wyles—Mclntosh. ; St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church was the scene of a wedcjing last Saturday, when Molba Mavis, daught er of Mr and the late Mrs J. J:. was married to Richard Bernard, son of Mr and Mrs Wyles, of Christchurch. The ,Rev. .Naylor officiated, and Mr .R. Tenn.ent >ya§ organist. The bride, who was; given fiway by her father, looked charntittg ,in ft simple gown of eaiiitef) pltllt g§drgßttg, which fell da grneefni folds to- the ankle. ; The coatee to match . bad sleeves puffed to the elbow. Her silk embroidered veil was arranged .simply across her head, a nd was bpld, in place with pearls and orange blossom* aftd she carried a shoaf of pink ihlipSs ftntl ma : den hair fern. The. bridesmaid, Miss Alya 'Mein' tosh (sister of tbe- bride)',', wore a frock of eau-de-nef floral georgette with coatee to match. . The hat of parchment straw’ was smartly tilted titone- side to yereal a jbaodeftU of tiny velvet flowers. She carried a bouquet of lemon tulips. * » The bridegroom was attended by Mr J. J. King, of Greymopth. When Mr and Mrs Wyles left' op tlieir wedding tour, .the bride was wearing a smart frock of black and white s’lk marocain with hat to match. During the week the bride who is very popular in Hokitika, was. enter* tained at sift parties. 4
