MISSING OFFICERS RESCUED.
RUGBY, October 24. " Three naval officers, Lieutenants Colin McMullan, Ko.ve s and Blnxlaiid, who wore reported on Saturday as missing in the Channel in the sixteenfoot “Little Owl,” were, rescued by «-R----“Romanby,” a Hartlepool steamer, bound for Antwerp, where tliov were landed yesterday. Y> lien found, the officers were in an exhausted condition.
