The Associated Lopdon flour millers report emphatically protests against the wheat duties while imports of Dominion. flour are restricted. Ottawa agreements, instead of assisting British millers, threatens to handicap them by the advantage bestowed on Canada and .Australia/. Millers view the position with the utmost seriousness and cannot believe the last word has been said.
