IRISH FARMERS
COMPLAIN OF PRICES. (The “Thne,s.”) (Received this day at 9.30 a;in.) LONDON, October 24. Many Irish farmers are refusing to pay .annuities. They complain they are not getting a penny of the 121- per cent, bounty on fat cattle promised by the Government on contract. Ibe money goes to shippers who form a ring and beat the. farmers down to the lowest prices.
