There was a great run of whit-bait yesterday, and some record catches were made for the season. To-day the run, continued, but it was not nearly as large as on the previous day. Reports from southern rivers state there were also large catches nude vesterdav.’

With the object of assisting in the establishment and maintenance of children’s health camps, the Post and Te.egraph Department will again this year issue a special health stamp of the denomination of twopence ‘"one penny lor postage and one penny for health camp funds). These stamps may be used in payment of the postage on correspondence. to ally part of the world, lnit cannot he used in payment ot stamp duty. Supplies of the stamps will he available for sale shortly.
