RUGBY, October 19 Yesterday was foreign buyers’ day at the Olympic 'Motor Show, and traders from fourteen foreign countries were among the 16,992 persons present at Olympia. They cain e in response to 3,000 invitation? that were despatched in advance by the society of motor manufacturers and traders. As a large proportion of the cars exhibited are of British manufacture, the foreign interest displayed is regarded as a tribute to the growing prestige of British motor products.

A CHILD FOUND DROWNED, WELLINGTON, October 19. The body of a child, Maurice Jones, aged five years, who had been missing from his home in Tasman Street for over a week, was found this afternoon in the boat harbour. AUSTRALIAN’S? yDEATH AT KOBE. KOBE, October 18. Lister Henry, formerly of Melbourne and latterly a leading foreign merchant here, was found dead this morning beneath his bedroom window in his Kobe residence. Early in tbe year Mr Henry returned from a holiday in Melbourne, and soon afterwards had a. nervous collapse. He was to have gone to Melbourne again next week.
