BELFAST MEN BACK TO WORK. (British Official Wireless.) ,RUGBY, October 17. The men who have been on strike in connection with the distress relief schemes in Belfast, resumed work this morning. Normal conditions now .prevail in the: city. It is expected the curfew will be ended to-morrow.
