FISCAL HALF-YEAR RETURNS. (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) OTTAWA, October 14. The Canadian customs and -excise revenue totalled 99,128,093 dollars at the end of the fiscal half-year at- .September 30, a decrease of ~856,175 dollars from the similar period last year. Exports of Canadian wheat for the first half of the fiscal year were greater ‘both in quantity and quality than for the corresponding period la:,t year. Exports were 103,698,022 bushels, valued ;i |. 60.617,590 dollars, compared with 93.■2551,219 bushels, valued mb 55,816,555 dollars for last year's period.
