MARCH ON CAPITAL DIRE DISTRESS IN AMERICA. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy rigli t.) • Washington; October 11. The Farmers’ Natiqnal Relief Conference is an organisation that has been growing out of the recent farm str’kes in the State of Ibwa and elsewhere m the Middle West. To-day the Conference announced a “Farm Match Upon Washington” for about December 7th.
