CHRISTCHURCH MAN’S LOSS. (Per Press Association — Copyright., CHRISTCHURCH, October. 10. A thief or thieves broke into the jewellery shop Of G-. Coates and Co. durino- the week-end and stole jewellery of a total value of £IOOO. Entry into the shop, was made from the rear, and the robbery was carried out with the greatest 'skill and daring. The police made an arrest to-day, and they are understood to have recovered some of the stolen property.
