INDIAN DECISION
AFFECTING COTTON TRADE. (United Press Association—By Electric ‘ Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received this day at 11 a.in.) BOMBAY, October 6. Cotton merchants decided to save the Indian cotton industry from complete ruination by lifting the boycott against British firms, and preventing further political interference by Congress politicians. The gesture is important, indicating that-Bombay business men at last are tired of dictation by anti-Bri-tishj- politicians.
