VICTORIAN REVENUE. MELBOURNE, October 7. In the Assembly, Mr Hill stated that the estimated revenue for 1932-33 -was £10,056,807, the estimated expenditure £11,244,300; the estimated deficit being £1,187,493, compared with £1,063,360 last year. The unemployment position has shown a marked improvement, and the seasonal outlook was encouraging and there was every prospect of a i' e_ cord wheat harvest. v
