TO DEAL WITH ANNUITIES. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received this day at 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, October 4. The “Daily Herald” says the proposal to refer the problem of land annuities and other financial matters in dispute with the Free State, to a tribunal of six legal experts, of whom three are to be appointed by each side, will be- discussed at Wednesday’s meeting at the Dominion’s Office. Such a tribunal to. be modelled on lines of the Alaskan Bounbary dispute of 1903.
