The “Daily Herald” says the proposal to refer the problem of land annuities and other financial matters in dispute with the Free State, to a tribunal of six legal experts, of whom three are to be appointed by each side, will be- discussed at Wednesday’s meeting at the Dominion’s Office. Such a tribunal to. be modelled on lines of the Alaskan Bounbary dispute of 1903.
