NO PUBLIC ENQUIRY. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, October 4. Answering a questioner in the Legistive Assembly, the Premier said the Government, acting on the advice of the Crown Law Department does not intend to hold a public enquiry into the New Guard activities, as there was no ground, legal or otherwise, whereon any member of that organisation could be prosecuted.
