France and -Germany have both imposed speciall import duties against the Free State dairy produce, leaving ihe Irish farmer without a market. USE OF LAND ANNUITIES. DUBLIN, October z. It is understood that the Free State is sending a note to Britain, that Biie intends using the land annuities money for domestic purposes. The Government is being strongly urged to assist farmers, whoso plight* is beconnwg worse daily.
